I must tell you this.

Today, I browsed my Facebook page, and saw wonderful videos about DeafHope. I gotta share this with you.

First, our very talented, Terrylene made a beautiful poem today. The first time I saw this, I was profoundly impacted by her raw emotions through her graceful signs. It is so simple to follow and yet, very profound.

Another creative vlog created by our comedians, Keith Wann and Crom Saunders supporting DeafHope! They made a commercial-type of vlog, and it is very entertaining!

Here’s the vlog created by DeafHope. An interview of one of the survivors, explaining her experience getting help, but ended up losing her children. It is a heartbreaking vlog, and it made me realize that many Deaf DV survivors may have gone through this experience. It comes with captions.

Lastly, another vlog created by DeafHope, interviewing one person’s personal experience losing her best friend to domestic violence, and how this experience made her become an advocate. After watching this video, and I realized that I had to do something.

What I am going to do… I am pledging one penny per vote to DeafHope. I want you to go and VOTE! Click here to VOTE! I want to see 50,000 votes, then I’ll match this with $500 dollars! That’s the best I could do for DeafHope and all of Deaf DV survivors in the United States. Can you match that too?
